Mr. Roberts has led the organization for 10 years, developing the growth and engineering team and commercializing Elandas software solutions, including their flagship market access focused Software as a Service (SaaS) product, the Elandas Suite. Throughout his tenure as CEO, Ryan has worked with some the most progressive pharmaceutical organizations in the world, and helped some of the fastest growing biopharma brands achieve access excellence.
Aaron van Vulpen is a co-founder and the CTO at Elandas. Mr. van Vulpen is a seasoned technology executive and systems analyst with a penchant for solving problems and streamlining business processes in the pharmaceutical field. His extensive knowledge of web programming and techniques, business process analysis, and product development has earned him a reputation as a workflow specialist in the biopharmaceutical field. Mr. van Vulpen leads technology, software development, and support efforts at Elandas, and is responsible for building scalable, quality products and growing the engineering team.
Brent MacDonald is the Director of Business Development at Elandas, responsible for optimizing Elandas' revenue operations, sales, and go-to market approach. Mr. MacDonald is an experienced tech executive with a specialization in commercializing analytics and business intelligence software, and brings his experience in the areas of corporate strategy, finance, contracting, and marketing to bear at Elandas to drive growth. His interests lie in new venture creation, corporate innovation and co-creation between technology and high-growth firms.
A proven innovator in biopharmaceutical market access, Tate Rarick founded Profero Group in 2004 in response to an emerging need for partners capable of both developing and implementing comprehensive pull-through strategies and tactics. He led Profero for 14 years, growing the team and expanding capabilities to service clients representing over 50 brands across 30 therapeutic areas. Prior to launching Profero, Tate gained experience managing strategic customer marketing initiatives at Johnson & Johnson, evaluating and implementing strategic alliances with American Express and Rosenbluth International, and managing key accounts for Tokyo-based Riken Technos Corporation. Tate holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Delaware, a Master’s in East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. Tate has been a long-term Elandas partner, and has joined our team as an Advisor to leverage his unique industry experience to help direct strategic development of next generation Elandas pull-through solutions.
Eric Matckie is a forward-thinking executive with considerable experience in the Life Sciences industry, and a successful track record of creating and directing growth strategies for data analytics and tech-enabled service providers. Mr. Matckie maintains a robust network across the tech-services industry and with prospective clients, and is a capable sales and marketing leader with expertise in hiring, training, and enabling high-performing teams. For the past 25 years, Mr. Matckie has advised 100+ brands across multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, orthopaedics, cardiovascular, metabolism, central nervous system, oncology, and rare diseases. Following his exit from Artisan Healthcare consulting, Mr. Matckie joined Elandas as an advisor and partner to assist with product development, commercialization, and sales efforts.
Steve Palmer has had an impressive career in the technology sector, formerly as Chief Operating Officer for Whitehill Technologies (exited) and holding a number of leadership roles within NBTel (now Bell Aliant). Mr. Palmer joined Remsoft as Co-CEO and continues today as a Director on the Board. As Co-CEO, Mr. Palmer's focus was on corporate strategy, finance, client services and expanding Remsoft`s growth in areas of Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. During his tenure, Mr. Palmer was named an “Edelman Laureate” by the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
